Vladimir Bekker (Chairman)
Major general Vladimir Bekker was born on November 18, 1965 in the village Blagodatnoe, Urdzharsky district, Semipalatinsk region.
Has Higher education, in 1997 graduated from Almaty Higher Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Speciality "Fire Safety". In 2005, the East
Kazakhstan Regional University, Speciality "Jurisprudence".
From 1983 till 1985 served in the Armed Forces.
In the state fire service since October 1986.
From 1988 to 1991, he held various positions of middle and senior officers of the bodies in the state fire service.
From April 1991 to September 2008 in senior positions in the authorities of the state fire service.
Since October 2008 - Deputy Chairman of the Committee of Firefighting Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since October 2014 - Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Emergency Situations of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since January 2016 - Chairman of the Committee for Emergency Situations of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Talgat Nurmagambetov (Deputy Chairman)
Colonel Talgat Nurmagambetov was born on May 24 in Leninsk (Baikonur), Kyzylorda region.
Has higher education, in 1986 graduated from Y.Andropov Leningrad Higher Military-Political School of Air Defense, qualified officer with higher military education. In 2004 graduated from Pavlodar University, has a master’s degree in psychology.
Since 1986 served in various military points.
Since November 2010 – Deputy Head of the Department of Emergency Situations of Pavlodar region.
Since August 2012 – Head of the Department of Emergency Situations of Karaganda region.
Since February 2016 -   Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Emergency Situations of Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Marat Kuldikov (Deputy Chairman)
Colonel of Civil Defense Marat Kuldikov was born on August 21, 1967, in the village Mostik, Beskaragay district, Semipalatinsk region.
Has higher education, in 2000 graduated from Kokshetau Technical Institute of the Agency for Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
M. Kuldikov began his career as a fireman and was promoted to Head of the Department of Emergency Situations of West-Kazakhstan region.
